I might be wrong.įor a cheap gaming laptop, I personally would rather get a Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 (open box). But once you slot in a 8GB stick to make it totally 16GB with dual channel enabled, shouldn't it be enough for most "minor gaming"? Sorry, I am not gaming much. What kind of minor gaming you are looking for with an iGPU? (I have a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen3, and a Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E531) Im guessing your biggest complaint with this is the screen? Even considering the drawbacks do you think this would be a good laptop for me? I want to stay in the Lenovo family if possible because I already own a few Lenovo laptops and have charging cables associated with them. Unfortunately this only allows upgrading one RAM module which is a disappointment but I like the fact it has a slot for a second M.2. I'm looking for a laptop that is powerful enough for some minor gaming and will stand the test of time.
